Be VERY careful when hiring this lawyer. I paid 75.00 for a consultation. We had not discussed a retainer but she went to work anyway! I had no knowledge that she was doing anything for me at all. Suddenly I owed her a lot of money and I was barley aware that I had even hired her. During the consultation, she told me that she would call me in three days and she never called. A month after the consultation she called and wanted me to come into her office. That is when I learned that she had been VERY busy and I didn't even know she was doing anything. I told her not to do anymore! She charged me $1200.00. Then we agreed on $200 to draw up a simple agreement. The agreement ended up costing me $800.00. Altogether, I paid her $1300.00 for nothing! I would not recommend this lawyer to ANYONE! She does not keep you informed and does work you don't even know about and charges way more than you agreed to. This review is completely my own opinion. Watch your back!

Pat Martin missed deadlines. And did not follow up. She did not do what she had promise to do.
