He is not a pleasant lawyer to work with. He was hired for some divorce issues and he needed to be harassed in order to get anything done initially. After 2 retainer fees and over a year he finally started working on the case. He lost every single motion. He was also hired , simply for ease and because he reassured me that he does these 'simple" cases all the time, for a PPO case which he ALSO LOST! but trust me , he will harass you with bills, refuses to even give some kind of discount for his lack of performance and will file court orders. DO NOT HIRE HIM, he is expensive and not pleasant.

This lawyer has been representing a divorce matter for over a year. What he does not support is this: Michigan is a no-fault state, which means that in the process of divorce, the Plaintiff doesn't need to prove that the other party is guilty of breaking the marriage relationship. The ground for divorce is “irreconcilable differences,” in which the spouses can no longer live as a full-fledged family, and there is no hope that the relationship can be restored. In the state of Michigan, assets are divided based on “equitable distribution”, which attempts to divide property as close to a 50-50 split as possible. This jerk believes in sucking the wallet of whomever he represents without the concern and compassion the law provides. He will represent you in a manner totally 180 degrees from the lawyers creed. in other words, "why has he not been disbarred?"

The Absolute Worst Criminal Liar I’ve ever encountered. Horrible, criminal, doesn’t justify his actions and lack of intelligence. He Tried suing for a breach of Land contract and almost, I say almost was able to use the courts trust, and judgement that his “eviction or judgement” was legal when in fact it was Illegal! He lied about receiving a full paid off judgement, he proceeded with Yrying to get a phiysicsl eviction, and would’ve succeeded if it wasn’t for my Sharp attorney! Not only did the Judge sign within minutes of receiving an emergency appeal but his case was thrown out. The judge was soft on not giving him a substantial Fine for the outright lie he tried to pursue and an illegal means of evicting. He tried eviction on a judgement that was actually paid off 4 months prior and he was aware of, it was paid directly to his firm. I can’t believe he is still on possession of his law license to practice. If your encounter this Idiot, don’t underestimate his criminal mind and means

MARC DRASNIN IS A VERY SCANDILOUS LAWYER. HE SCHEMES HIS WAY AROUND THE COURT SYSTEM IN GETTING JUDGEMENTS AND IS VERY UNFAIR. HE LACKS KNOWLEDGE AND BASIC VERBAGE RELATIVE TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM AND HAS HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ASIDE FROM THAT HIS MOTIONS LOOK AS IF A THIRD GRADER WROTE THEM UP...SMH. OH AND HIS RATES ARE HIGH.WHATEVER YOU DO..DON'T HIRE HIM TO REPRESENT YOU!!!!

He's a Douch-bag. Why do I say that, well you will have to meet him to get that full effect. Plus he has hair in his ears. Very unprofessional and he should be called a "lier" not a lawyer. When I think of his skill I think "Diploma-Mill" or Diploma by mail. I wonder how many times he had to take the BAR exam? Any ways don't use him use anybody else, or no one is better.
