These lawyers are rip-off artists. I needed help with Medicaid for my mom. First of all, the woman attorney, Lori, promised us the world. Told us what to expect, how much time it would take, etc. Everything was wrong. It took FOUR times longer than she said. Also, we never did see or talk to her again. She flits off and hands us over to an assistant, who can never answer our questions and finally (after many phone calls) talk to her partner, Beinhauer who contradicts everything Lori told us. Very prententious - he is putting on a nice-guy act - almost robot-like. After almost a year and thousands of dollars, we ended up doing it all ourselves. Please give this a try, it is not as daunting as this law firm makes out. They took a lot of money from us.
