Phil Feintuch handled several cases for friends and family and did a wonderful job each time. I would highly recommend him.

He was rude and curt with me even though I was his client. He didn't negotiate hard with the opposing counsel and advised me wrongly on a default judgment. he advised me to settle even though i claimed it wasn't my debt. He didn't complete what I had paid him for in advance and I had to fire him. My next lawyer got the judgment thrown out of the court and closed the case without me having to pay a dime since it wasn't my debt. Philip Feintuch is a terrible lawyer and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
