I have been trying to get into court over a child custody for the past 2 years. The only emails I get back is exactly that, I will get back to you. I am not getting any child support and everytime we have been to court it has just been cancelled then I don't hear anything back for months. There is no speaking to her on the phone just the lady answering the phone. So if you are looking for a lawyer you want contact with this is not the woman for you. She is however rated one of the highest in Knoxville that's why I went to her and paid so much money. But I am not sure I would do it again. She may be good but you better have time to waste waiting on her to get things done for you and your family. So I guess I can't really rate her on quality because I haven't seen her in action yet but I don't know when that will be. I will repost after that happens so you can at least see the time line of events. 2 years so far and counting............I'm tired.

My experience with Ms.Fleishman has been phenominal! This lawyer will work to win for you. She is very ethical, extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. People who write bad reviews about attorneys "not getting back with them right away" are obviously not very seasoned in the legal system. Excellent attorneys are very busy, they are good at what they do. This lawyer knows when something is an emergency and will stop everything to do something for you, if its a true emergency. I have had two previous lawyers, and can honestly say no one can even compare to Lori. I find it sad that some people who are seeking a very competent lawyer might read the negative reviews above and base their opinion on that. Everyone's situation is different. Lori will go to bat for you. She is worth every penny! She is excellent and works very hard.Lynn Norton-Whaley

I am looking for other Fleishman clients to file legal malpractice lawsuit. Ms Fleishman does not enforce orders, neglects clients calls and needs, lets paralegals deal with clients. She mentally, emotionally and financially drained me. I was left homeless while married to a doctor. She would not get temporary support that I was begging for over two years. I am now living with my 97 year old mother unable to get the alimony I was awarded. She also met with my ex and I was not allowed to attend. Carole Carter 170 Dogwood Circle Hurricane WV 25526

She doesn't get the facts before entering a court room. Bases everything on her own clients opinion or lies I should say. If you are wanting to pull the wool over someone eyes and get them back she is just that devious one to do it.. Just doesn't care for the concern of children involved. Doesn't take time to listen to the truth. She bases her cases on lies if she has to and destroys other peoples lives with no regard to what she is doing.I know plenty of men she has legally stolen from based on lies.

Lori is an excellent attorney; however, trying to contact her is virtually impossible. Urgent requests are put off for weeks and sometimes never responded too. When she does finally do something she is phenominal at what she does. I have had experiences with her for several years only because it took her that long to finally get to court. Her office staff is inefficient and not reliable.
