Linda Zabona is THE BEST LAWYER I had ever had, of the 5 I had obtained in the 10 yr custody battle against a horrible abuser (biological donor of my child) who charmed the whole system and continued to abuse me and my daughter for 10 yrs. Then when my daughter was 13, I found Linda. She was amazing. She got the job done. I was told that my case was the worse case gone wrong, which just verified what I knew. The system is corrupt, so called "professionals" are corrupt, allowed to be by the court, and cause a lot of damage for children and the good parent who have the child's best interest at heart. Linda was very supportive during my panicked times, remembered everything; she does NOT waste time. Linda is very experienced, determined, and protected me and especially my child. She was worth way much more than what she had charged me to obtain sole-legal custody and literally SAVED my daughter's life. I will forever be grateful of Linda. VC

I hired Zabona a couple years ago in a child custody hearing. Not only did we lose while I am a good mother and had no real evidence against me she couldn't remember things I told her less than 24 hours before while in the court room. Then, when I asked her multiple times via email and phone, when I could appeal she and her paralegal said these things just happen sometimes so by the time I contacted another attorney to appeal it was 1 day past my cut off. Also, I had a restraining order against my ex and was never notified by her office that there was a court hearing to drop the order. So, it was dropped with out me knowing until I received the court papers in the mail. I would never suggest her to anyone unless it was my ex asking.

DO NOT USE MS. ZABONA. I USED HER FOR MY DIVORCE, WHICH I WAS ASSURED WOULD BE COMPLETED IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. IT THEN TOOK ALMOST A YEAR AND I HAD TO FIRE HER BECAUSE SHE DID NOT DO ANYTHING SHE PROMISED. I WAS CHARGED AFTER I TERMINATED HER AND STILL DID NOT GET ANYTHING. NOW THAT TIME HAS PASSED, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HER AS AN ATTORNEY. VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THE WAY SHE HANDLES HER ENTIRE PRACTICE. IT APPEARED TO ME THAT SHE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND DOES NOT PUT HER CLIENTS INTERESTS FIRST. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN CHOOSING A DIVORCE ATTORNEY.
