You can google his name and find a Court Hearing on his conduct (Law Society No. HE20090052) and this gives a good illustration to what other reviewers and me have gone through. It is odd that apparently a few people have experience the same issues with this lawyer.
We provided documents promptly (me and the opposing counsel), paid promptly, but he dropped the files and no communication for 6 months. I was dragged into the court by my ex and the opposing counsel due to his non-response (first time I had to really go to the court, and 2nd time another long period of no-communication and I was threatened with Summary Trial - and found out the opposing counsel had sent at least 3-4 offers for the last 6 months, none of which was communicated to me despite me chasing him constantly for updates).
Even at meeting with the opposing counsel, I was so embarrassed at how unprepared he was, while my ex and the lawyer kept pointing out the proofs that they had sent him al documents.

Charles Fair helped me with my last Will and testament, The Power of Attorney and The Personal Directive. He was very patient with me, compassionate and took time to carefully explain those things that I didn't understand. In addition to that he was alert to other things that I didn't even know about in conjunction with the above and took time to make me aware of all those things and how they can affect my decisions in regards to these important legal matters. I am very happy in the way he applied my wishes and how he wrote them down in the proper legal way and language. I am very thankful to him that all things were handled in a timely manner and I never felt I was being hurried. I also wish to thank his assistant, Kony Lecerf, for her helpful and friendly manner. I would recommend Charles Fair without hesitation. Thank you.

Over the last 8 years I have been dealing with a very complicated family court case. I have dealt with many lawyers and have spent many days in a court room fighting for my child. I do not have a lot of money and have always had to use legal aid and most times have been stuck with a lawyer who does not care about my situation. That is not the case with Charles, he is BY FAR the best lawyer I have dealt with, he is professional, knowladgeable and compassionate. He is always readily available to answer questions, calm your fears and explain the difficult process. He took the time to learn the facts of my case and represent me exactly how I felt i should be. His office staff is very helpful and has gone out of their way to help me out numerous times! He will always return your calls and emails and usually the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
