The majority of my calls or emails took one to four weeks for her to respond. I often would have to inquire twice, sometimes three times before I got a response. If she wasn't readily available to take my case, she should have communicated that before I retained her. When I didn't understand the law vernacular by the way she phrased a sentence I would say I don't understand and she would use practically the same words to explain it again. It was frustrating.
