This man came recommended by a trusted friend of my fathers. His fee was astronomical but my mother insisted on hiring him. I went to him for an order of protection which he said he could get. when my husband got out jail and came directly to my house I called my atty.He said that I never mention once during our consult anything about an order of protection. my mom had been there with me during the consult and was a witness to everything. I asked him then what good it did to file the motion that he recommened. I asked him what I could do to get my drunk husband out of my house before the court date. He told me "I guess wait 'til he hits you, then call the police" I am firing him today.
