Ryan uses an intimidation tactic which may be useful in some situations. However, he is incredibly unorganized and doesn't complete things in a timely manner, court required or at client request. He is not responsive to communication where you have to follow up several times in order to get a response, set an appointment or complete a task. He may be knowledgable but you personally have to dona lot of accountability and follow up
