I disagree with the previous reviewer. I have seen Mr. Cowan timely appear at all court settings in Logan County, which is hours from Chicago. He also acquired a rare and noteworthy outcome in a high-profile homicide trial in neighboring Macon County.

This guy does not show up on court dates. He was hired to defend someone in the Cook County Jail and never visited with him.
