Childish and unprofessional staff. After 3 months of no contact and 2 weeks of calling the secretary finally returned my call. Told me that leaving messages added stress to the office and that they did not cause my legal issues.

This guy is charming to talk to. He will tell you what you want to hear and do absolutely nothing for you. He rolls over for the prosectution. HE is part of the County Consortium of Court appointed attorneys in Daniel Dukes office. Even he will admit you can't get a fair trial in Midland Co.
