Lawyer knows a lot and is very smart n pleasant. She seems warm n friendly, that's one of the reasons I chose her. However, she is always late, doesn't return phone calls n she actually missed my court case. N she didn't even contact the judge ahead of time. So embarrassing. She didn't even tell me why she was late. I would not use her again even though she has a great personality. But in this business that is not enough. I was beyond embarrassed n disappointed. I would not use her again just based off of her tardiness. I wish that she was more punctual and would call ahead of time to discuss case as oppose to an hour before the case is suppose to begin. Lost my confidence. When a client calls the call should be returned in a timely manner. Not 9 pm in the night. Highly disappointed. Felt as though my case did not matter to her as much as her other cases. It was important to me and that's why I paid her because I believed in her. But apparently she did not believe in my case
