Attorney Raff discussed case with me during 2 recorded conversation. I am not his client. We discussed facts of the case for over 20 minutes. He provided me with his strong opinion that he believes the key prosecution witness is telling the truth. The forensic evidence in the case does not support the key prosecution witness. The key prosecution witness has an established history of lying. Attorney Raff,disclosed to me,he is not planning to call any witnesses (school officials or relatives of the key witness) who can verify the key witness has such a history. He claims he is going to do a good job for his client on March 23, 2011 (the start of his client’s trial) but strongly suggest his client should have taken the plea bargain offered by the prosecution team. All the evidence his client has provided to Attorney Raff has been verified as being true. Attorney Raff dismisses his client’s evidence and all of his client’s witnesses as not being of relevance to his client’s case.
