This office as a whole is shameless and uncivilized in dealing with complex cases of custody. Fee churning is an understatement. Ever see Devils Advocate? Believe all of the horrendous reviews here.

Unethical to the core. Lies, churns fees, chases his own agenda, abuses clients, dodges calls, always late filing stuff and then charges you to ask for more time (but don't be late on his bills!). Rude, obnoxious, and will cost you so much more than is necessary, because your wife's or husband's lawyer will hate him, will never agree to concede anything to him, so that he can't just ask for more time, he'll have to file a motion. Plus, doesn't get results because he's so nasty that the judges hate him too. Don't waste your money or your sanity.

Very smart, but lacks anything resembling empathy. Money is what he seeks, and he'll run through yours quickly, and then withdraw and drop you like a hot potato once you are broke. He'll spend $60,000 of your money to collect $20,000 in child support, and won't feel a bit bad about it. Then he'll threaten to sue you for non-payment, despite the fact you can't support your children. He's dishonest and unethical, but hey --- he's rich, so who cares, right?

OMG!!!! you are so very accurate of your statement about Todd, he does not care what your situation is, he will milk the cow until its dry! and make it seem like he is doing you favor when he could have got to the end result quicker. we also spent over 250,000 with this assinine lawyer!!!!

This lawyer has gained the key attributes that contribute to lawyers earning a bad name. If you spend less then $250,000 with this lawyer consider yourself lucky. He has a very poor temperment and is a liability not an asset. Todd will do anything to encourage the parties conflict and will not settle any case regardless of the position to foster a win win. His only goal is to make you out spend the other side. And he enjoys seeing the family money walk into his pocket. And when he loses, his goal is to appeal it and spend more money. If you choose this guy get ready for the ride of your life.
