I engaged attorney Beth Cole at William Cuker and Berezofsky, LLC to represent me in a property damage case.
Attorney Cole breached the contract by failing to exercise ordinary skill and knowledge in representing me in the above-mentioned action and her fraudulent conduct during her representation resulted in severe financial damages and suffering and sent me for years of being engaged in further litigation.
Currently there is a on going legal malpractice case against Attorney Beth Cole and William Cuker and Berezofsky, LLC and a case involving fraudulent conduct against Travelers insurance company and their lawyers.
