I had to do most of the work for my own case, and shared all of my documents with Nicole. Regardless, she showed up in court unprepared, and then took notes throughout the entire hearing instead of defending me with all the evidence that I had provided to her. It seemed as though she had blown off my case, and most of my communication with her was done through her paralegal instead of directly through her. I fired her and got a new lawyer before my next hearing, and had a much better experience with him. Don't waste your money or time with Nicole. If you want an outstanding attorney, call Steve Koch in Elkhorn.

Nicole has been excellent in my case for custody and placement of my son and my fathers rights I have. She was recommended to me by a friend and I definitely recommend that she at least be explored as an option for the services you need. They worked with me very very well with payments too.
