My family had 110 acres of farmland & in Saluda, SC which they had owned since 1917. Then, in 2003, Atty. Billy C. Coleman, (Saluda, SC) & his friend Richard “Dick” Clark (Leesville, SC) decided to execute a most devious plot to take our family's property. Between 2003-2008, Coleman & Clark lied, cheated, filed false court documents, & also publicly harassed & embarrassed my family. When Clark got sick/died & Coleman retired, Atty. Kathy O. Rushton (Saluda, SC), the Judge/Special Referee along with Atty. Henrietta Gill (Leesville, SC) the GAL & Atty. Christian G. Spradley (Saluda, SC), a co-worker with Coleman at Moore Taylor Law Firm P.A., Saluda, SC) got heavily involved in carrying out this plot & without my family's knowledge, they sold our property on 3/28/14. Then, in April 2014, they worked together to distribute only a small fraction of the proceeds from this sale to only SOME of my family. Majority of money was kept for their self-profit. Debrah J.
