He took our money to stop an unlawful NJF Foreclosure and did not file one document to stop it. When we confronted him about it he told us he would make sure that no attorney ever took our case.
Now we have lost the title to our home because of him, and risk losing our home completely! We have been in 5 more years of litigation now because of him and may be in litigation for many more years. What he did was unfathomable! We would not recommend him at all. Buyer Beware.

I had a very complicated legal problem and had fallen prey to some incompetent scheister attorneys.
I went to Gary in tears at the eleventh hour and he is the best , I cannot tell you how great he is.
He is prompt , brilliant, has had the law changed by his diligence and knowledge and is able to run rings round his opponents.
I cannot recommend him highly enough, if I could give him a 20 I would.
For those of us who have learned to dislike and distrust attorneys , he is single handed restoring the reputation of his profession !!!

I learned more in one hour during my meeting with Mr. Dubin, then with the past three attorney over the last 5 years regarding the foreclosure of my home. Mr. Dubin didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, only what I needed to hear. I went to bed accepting full responsibility for where my case stands today. and awoke wearing boxing gloves. If asked to describe Mr. Dubin in one word, I would use INTEGRITY.
To know what is right and not do it is the worst cowardice. Confucius

he is expensive but well qualified, your average person could not afford him unless your problem is simple. He tries his best and thats what counts. I do notice he doesn't like to take about nothing. He is straight to the point.something most people can't handle. He is a no non-sense kind of guy.

the man is only interested in his own welfare and not that of his clients - will lie, cheat, steel and anything else if it gets his agenda ahead...too bad for the client...avoid at all costs...
