Charles Lipscomb is far from being a Criminal Defense Attorney and closer to being another White Collar Criminal. In the words of my lawyer after him, " Wait what?! He charged you $8,000 to take a plea deal, I can¿t be mad at him, that's the American dream". He charged me $8,000, did absolutely the minimum requirements needed to represent/defend me(filed legal paperwork, met with me and my significant other a few times between a 6-7 months period before court all by MY request, and showed up to court with us). However he made sure to take all the maximum requirements needed to cover his lack of representation tracks (more legal paperwork).
