Not tenacious enough to obtain discovery. Failed to follow client's core instructions or tell client what is going on; prefers to do it his way only. Put my case in severe jeopardy. Also works full time and cannot devote proper time to a case. Excellent writer and speaker and excellent professional presentation. Recommended for state and minor matters. Will improve with more experience and mentoring.
