Very unprofessional-failed to notify us of our Mothers passing and that my sister was the executor. When she finally called the entire staff was rude to her, even hanging up on her once. They weould not give her an answer yes or no as far as her being named in the will. They did make her an appt. but when our lawyer contacted them they had no knowledge of the appt. We needed keys to the house and car and they failed to let us know that they had possesion of them. When they did give us the items from her lockbox some items were missing. It was over a month after my Mother's passing before these things were returned and by that time we had incurred the expense of having the house locks changed and the car towed as we had no other way of moving it. They were insensitive and made an already bad situation much worse.
