He didn't return calls. I wasn't told of my court date. he failed to sho up on my behalf. He was notified by the court to reschedule and failed to do so. I lost my medical malpractice case due to time limitations I was not told of. I sued him and received a court order for him to pay me monthly pmts. and a lien put on his house. I received a court summon because he failed to make his house pmts./interest, taxes, etc. for about 1 year. He didn't have mallpractice Insurance at the time I signed my contract with him in 2002. My present attorney checked & found he still in 2010. He failed to make his monthly pmts. to me for months at a time. My lawyer had to have a judgement placed against him to have him make pmts. His attorney was cantacted many times try to get information about the late pmts. The March and remaining monthly pmts. were made in October 2010. He has an office in Chicago and also is admitted to practice in Mich.
