What happened to us we find out is common for Janice Nelson. She acts like she is going to do a terrific job & then only ever does a little bit.Drops the ball & makes a horrible mess. You are then blamed letting her off the hook! She has done this to at least 6 people we know!! Too late for us, I hope that this helps someone else!
