After 10,000 in legal fees to get my child safe from the sexually abusive father I received less custody and child support. This lawyer has knowledge but lacks the tenacity to use it. As he had advised me that he had to work in "this town for 12 more years until retirement" and that he had "stepped on too many toes already". Which I know is not ethical for him to not represent me to the fullest extent, I will not complain to the bar about him. I will just let him face his sins when he is old and thinks about the child(ren) he failed to help. God rest his soul, the Judge and the GAL, but I'm sure they'll be rotting in hell.
