I can't say enough about Cindy Mills. She is so bright and smart, yet down to earth and friendly. She has helped us through a really difficult family legal time. When we were so stressed we couldn't think, she took over and handled things quickly and skillfully. I really value her ability and her determination to get the best for her clients. If I ever need an attorney again, I don't even have to think twice about who to call. I absolutely recommend Cindy without qualification.

Cynthia Mills was my attorney for my child custody case. She was understanding and caring to my children who were having difficulty with the separation. She would answer my calls and get back to me with answers and support at her earliest convenience. She is well known for superior representation so I was totally satisfied how her expertise brought the truth to light for the court. I was not just another case to her but a person. My family and I will never forget her being there for us during this crisis. She won the case for me and my children. I highly recommend her as an attorney.

One of the Best! Cindy Mills represented me in Pitt County Court in divorce proceedings with my ex-wife and with a very difficult issue of child-support. She did an excellent job of discovering the facts of my case. Her knowledge of North Carolina statutes in this area is unmatched. Cindy is a fierce negotiator. in my opinion, she is one of North Carolina's best attorneys in the field of divorce, custody and child support. she was always available to me by phone every day including after hours and weekends. Cindy treated me like family and was there for me anytime I needed her. I am extremely grateful to her for everything she did.

I paid Mrs. Mills a lump sum of money per her request and 7 months later still nothing was prepared or filed with the court. Took my money and did not represent me for child custody battle. She then wanted more money for me to come in and consult her again. I refused since she had not done anything that she said she was going to do. Very dissatisfied with her. All lawyers want is your money and then all you get is no acknowledgement.

I am infuriated and displeased with my experience with Ms. Cynthia Mills. She gave me advice regarding a prenuptial agreement stating that I could not have this prenup overturned in court which was simply not true. I found out too late that I could have had the agreement thrown out of course based on the fact that it was FAR from fair and equitable first of all as I was left destitute and in debt that my ex and I had acquired together. In our consultation, Ms. Mills did not even broach this subject of fair and equitable. Secondly, I did not even have legal representation before signing the document. I took Ms. Mills decision in faith and it caused me irreparable and profound damage and hardship. She gave an air of disinterest in my case. She did not ask me the proper questions pertaining to prenuptial agreements. I can only assume that she didn't have the knowledge, or she just was not interested in taking my case. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
