Mr. Hamlett was assigned as the guardian ad litem for my children in a custody case. He never attempted to see my children with me as required. He ignored the abuse by their father which I took to DHR along with photos and my daughter. He discussed another case in the hallway at the courthouse in front of witnesses and others including the children of that case and played a tape of a phone call in the hallway as well. After he made sure I wasn't given custody even with 911 calls and domestic violence, I showed up at his office with a new picture of my daughter's legs with belt marks all the way down them and he tells me I need to take my ex back to court for custody. I told him you just made sure I didn't get them and it cost me $40,000 and 3 years in the process. I have nothing left to take him back to court with thanks to you and all of your help. He ignored my son's letter and his statements and his plight. My son is 21 now and finally lives with me and despises Hamlett.
