Quirky office. Very dependent on paralegals for all computer technology, and filing space inadequate. Came highly recommended. Seemed knowledgeable and good, until he couldn't be reached, and asked paralegal about details of retainer. Was asking a lot of money, was somewhat concerned, but originally said was for multiple cases. When asked details of how things were billed, changed it to asking same amount for 1 case. Demanded to have info, but when provided, the paralegal became totally insulting and unprofessional and was rejected as a client. Can not comment on work quality, or value as a result. He's made to seem like the Good Shepherd, but heaven help those who get on the wrong side of one of his staff by accident -- she will have no mercy!
