He never cleared the title to my mobile home that he did the closing on back in 2002 when I brought the house come to find out from the dmv that the title is still in the previous owerns name and bank I have documents showing that the title never was switched over he told my len holder bank of america that he never seen a title for my home I have one letter that he hand written to me telling me where he think my title is and l found out by asking him to give me my files all of them and I also have a letter back in oct.30 2003 where he typed a letter to the bank that sold me the house which was at the time once was lasalle national bank the attorney that represented lasalle national bank mr.tom rosiello telling him about his effort to get a mortage satisfaction from mr.rosillo co. mr.mikell said I realize that all these entities involved makes the situation confusing but alas this was not by his choice or design. We did what we were told got approvals from all interested persons
