this attorney isnt worthy to practice law.. I made the terrible mistake of using him in a dovorce, he was anywhere from 25 to 15 minutes late for every court date I had, he cost me custody of my child by being 25 minutes late in my first court date, which he never even informed me of until 6 pm that evening to a court date of 8 am the following morning. the judge was livid, and gave me 3 minutes on the stand.. he cost me everything in my divorce,, custody and any moneys or property in my divorce.. as a lawyer he should be disbared, I have filed a complaint with the bar association against him?.. and now he is withholding my settlement check..saying I owe him money, even though the bill is in dispute and complaints filed.
