Mr. Davis takes advantage of friendships, asking for information and then using that in cases without permission. Any information I gave him as a friend was to help in one particular ase, and he used that information for another case knowing that I had no intention of helping in that area whatsoever, as I had claims against the person involved. He used the personal information I gave him and then refused to help get back property from this client that belonged to me. I feel he used me and our friendship, and the personal knowledge he knew I had of the situation and then used that information against me after being formally hired by the new client.
