THIS ATTORNEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB REPRESENTING MY SON. HE LOST OVER 100 PAGES OF EVIDENCE TURNED OVER TO HIM. HE WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS. HE WAS ALSO GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE WHICH HE FAILED TO DIVULGE. HE DID NOT DO WHAT MY SON ASKED OF HIM. HE WAS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING MY SON TO SIGN A NEW PLEA AGREEMENT JUST MINUTES BEFORE GOING BEFORE THE JUDGE FOR SENTENCING WHICH ULTIMATELY RESULTED IN MY SON SERVING 10 YEARS WHERE AS HIS PRIOR PLEA AGREEMENT HE WOULD HAVE SERVED A MAX OF 3 YEARS. DO NOT USE HIM FOR CRIMINAL CASES! ALSO DO NOT PAY THIS MAN UP FRONT. HE WILL NOT DO WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO FOR YOU.
