A complete lack of strategy. Made tactical errors that end up costing me low 6 figures $s that to me in retrospect were obviously wrong - but isn't that what you're paying an attorney for, their experience so those kinds of mistakes don't get made? Very poor communication: despite me sending him emails and leaving voice mails near the end of my case I read about it being finished in the legal notices of the paper before I heard from his firm. And I've still never heard from scott - but I did get the bill
