Attorney attorney Tommy goggins never returned your phone calls unless you still owe him money after being paid in full I did not hear from him again I would always have to talk to the secretary and he would never return phone calls he did not go to court with my son he always put the court date off and blamed it on the court and now that everything is over and he never went to court with him he won't answer the phone to try and give me any of my money back but he did nothing and he took my money I paid him in full he never went to visit my son he's out of two years of him putting trial dates off and everything he's only going to see my son twice he always used an excuse not to go of the covid but even after covid was over he still did not go downtown to the jail and talk to my son he don't have an open door policy you go by the office and you're not allowed in they look at the caller ID and they don't answer

We called this attorney after retaining him on average 20 times a day. He would not return our calls. This is unacceptable.

DO NOT retain this attorney. We hired him to file motion to have our son relased from jail pending entry of a plea, trial etc Also hired to defend him and work with Feds on working issue out with least impact to our son. HEVER filed the motion we hired him for, our son (his defendent) and us asked him on at least 5 times to help us get a Power of Attorney (POA) done as we needed to take care of some matters for our son who was held for over a year in jail just awaiting sentencing, etc. Mr. Goggans would not help with that at all. Also, we called, wrote and emailed him at least 20 times during the months he was our son's attorney. He never returned any of my calls, emails, etc. Once he got paid, he essentailly, stopped all communication with us. We fired him & hired another lawyer, immedaitely she had our POA done & motion ready to request his release. The worst experience we could ever imagine we would have with attorney WE hired/paid. Words cannot describe how bad this was.
