He is not a lawyer - he is a con man.Took the $4,000 check and cashed it immediately. Then did not return phone calls and text messages. Did not show up for several scheduled meetings. And never showed up for three scheduled court appearances. Eventually, ended up with a public appointed attorney. But was ripped off of $4,000. He would not answer the Public Attorneys phone calls requesting my file (if there even is one). My ordeal started in January and it is now Oct. - and there has been basically no progress. Never, never, never hire this fraud.
