This man was in charge of my visitation from ages 9-12. He put me in danger when I pleaded not to have to visit my abusive father. He pretended that my mom was persuading me which was not the case in the slightest. I was forced to see my father for 3 years in a very hostile environment. This man is sexist and should be disbarred. He shouldn't be allowed to ruin children's lives.

I was one of the many children forced to suffer abuse and have my voice suppressed due to Lansat. He has caused irreversible damage in many lives and should take a step back and realize how awful he is at his job. I'm a student at the best university in michigan right now and I won't stop until I can get people like you out of the system Lansat. Thanks for inspiring me to fight for children that don't have a voice...

Record everything. He will try to scare you. If he sends you to Dr Bow, get a second opinion ASAP. A psychologist thankfully warned, me. He lies, manipulates, and protects his best interest.

William Lansat lied to the judge accusing me of things that never took place. I didn't see or talk to my kids for 6 months. My kids had never been away from me until then and I have had very limited contact with my kids for 3 years now. He has teamed up with my x-husbands attorney and F.O.C and noting I do or say changes anything. He works for my x not my kids. He should never be allowed to work with kids. I do not have an attorney so nothing I say or do makes a difference.

Bill is unethical. Shortly after he was appointed as guardian, he ordered a psychological evaluation of my family. The evaluation cost $10,000. He promised that if I was found to be normal that he would make my ex pay for the whole thing. Not only did he not do that, he ignored the entire report! Not only was I ordered to pay my half of the evaluation, but ultimately also my ex wife half. Lansat also, told me that he knew how my kids felt because his father cheated on his mother too! I had not cheated on my ex, however she made those accusations. After the divorce, he forced me to cash out children's college funds to pay his wages. Years later he partnered with my ex wife's attorney to attempt to make me pay back the $100,000. to the kids funds.He took my kids away from me despite clear evidence of PAS. He changed his mind multiple times back and forth always eventually siding with the kids mother. How can a gay man whose father cheated on his mother possibly be objective?

Bill Lansats claim to fame is wrecking the family unit. He is easily manipulated and does not maintain the best interest of the child. My personal experience with Lansat is his inability of client control and allowing a parent to engage in parental alienation. Lansat had psychiatric reports of a diagnosed sociopath parent and was manipulated by same. As a result of Lansats lack of control of the case, the children were permitted extended parenting time with the diagnosed sociopath and the children were forever alienated from the other parent.

Appointed to protect the best interests of my kids.....what a joke. This guy could care less about the best interests of my children. He meet returns phone calls, and unprofessionally texts orders regarding supervised parenting time. This man is on one huge power trip, taking joy in putting parents of autistic children in compromising situations that they cannot financially recover from. I have have never dealt with some one so unprofessional in a court system in my life.

My experience with lansat as a guardian ad litem dictates if you dont pretend to be religeous or dont agree with his decisions 100% of the time, he will go against what is right and best for the children in order to "teach you a lesson". Taking into consideration that he has no children, he has no problem "messing" up yours when he doesn't like you.

Morally despicable;he was appointed to represent my son,in what was nothing more than legalized kidnapping-the full account can be read by googling Judge Daniel A. O'Brien and clicking on Ripoff Reports.I hope someone in his family is "legally kidnapped"-and something horrific happens to him-and "lawyers" throughout the country involved in taking children from father's in basically fixed fight type cases.
