Just now finding this place to rate an attorney. This happened about 6 years ago. At first Mr. Kahn sounded very knowledgeable and talked to me as though he thought I had a STRONG case. The fee was to be off the settlement amount. He assured me he had several ways to pursue my case. After approx. another $1000+/- for fees (he said would need to be paid to other individual for their input and I had to pay that, and I had to go to several doctors for the case) he said, "I don't think I can help you. And, that was that!!! This was totally unexpected as he hadn't even tried any other direction to pursue my case. After 7 years I still have DAILY pain as a result of a negligent surgery. I don't believe Mr. Kahn ever truly intended to pursue my case. I did not have that extra money to spend on "nothing". I rated him bad all the way across, because that is the way it all turned out.
