A horribly dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional attorney. He bullies former clients, who write reviews portraying him in the native light, to retract their statements of him. He is a complete phony who has created a false front in which he uses deceit to inflate his professional image. Would a professional/ethical person really need to intimidate clients into forgoing their honest criticisms/assessments of his work product? I was completely shocked and disappointed when I discovered that this is what he does to draw in clients; it is completely deceptive and deceitful behavior.

Choosing an attorney within itself is stressful task. It becomes much more stressful when you have to do it from 1200 miles away. Unfortunately, in May (2016) my 21 year old son was falsely accused of a serious crime by the Army. Honestly, using the JAG Defense attorney was not an option for me. JAG Defense Attorneys are part of the system and biased for various reasons. When my son informed me he was being investigated for this crime, I immediately hired Mr. Prugh and his team. As soon as I hired him, Mr. Prugh was making himself known to the Army CID, commanders, etc. He quickly began mitigating my son's case while his team assessed the case. Mr. Prugh kept my son and I informed at all times. The JAG Defense attorney would not even field my calls and was not helpful to my son. Conversely, Mr. Prugh demonstrated passion, experience and knowledge of military law. The charge was eventually dropped thanks to Mr. Prugh. I highly recommend Mr. Prugh and his team!

To Mr. Mark C. Prugh: Thank you and your staff for all the help and support to get me through the case with the City and on Post. I owe you over 18 years of my life. I asked you in March of this year how I could express my gratitude publicly and you said you appreciated the gratitude and that was plenty enough. Well, now that it is Memorial Day weekend 2016 and I wanted to do more to show my sincere thanks and gratitude. To Everyone Facing a False DWI Charge: Mr. Prugh does it right. He gets a team (including an expert, an investigator, and a competent paralegal). I fully explored attorneys in the Waynesville area and discovered several who charged less than Mr. Prugh (some a lot less) but none of them had a program or approach that involved actually analyzing the case with experts. Finally, if you do not want your life to be ruined by a DWI charge (because you have a military career, have a commercial driving license, etc) go with Mr. Prugh.
