Im currently involved in a civil rights lawsuit where Mr. Robert E. Franz, Jr. Is the council for 2 deputies and Benton county. I spent on one occasion 2 1/2 hrs. At a deposition. Where he told me that he thought and accused me of both being a drug dealer And a thief. While managing to avoid bieng recored by court reporter. And my 2nd complaint was the way he stood behind the video camera fiddling with ajustments and just starring at me like what I would imagine a pedifile would study his victim. It was just so disturbing and actually quite successful at making me intimidated. To the point that I did not even realize his tactics till a day later. He a SHARK. If that what you need.
