Gained control of my mother's estate when he blindsided her in a meeting with his accountant friend. He grabbed my mother's original will out of her safe deposit box before I could retrieve it, then he shoved it into his coat pocket and never let me look at it. I never trusted him after that...especially when my mother's estate was turned over to an associate of his from Chase Bank. My mother's farm was undersold by nearly half it's value when I lost the chance to keep it. Other details concerning that situation caused more financial loss to my family.
