Extremely disappointed in the services offered by this attorney. Throughout the entire case attorney Fernholz failed to demonstrate the degree of preparedness or tenacity expected as she was highly recommended. Despite regular communications and discussions regarding strategy, attorney Fernholz seemed overwhelmed by the details of the case. Unfortunately, I was not in a position to retain another attorney. Had I been in that position, I would have moved on. I do not recommend this attorney.
