I would not recommend even contact the office unless you are certain you will use him. I called the office and issued a retainer and shortly after decided I should go with a lawyer closer to home and called to cancel. A short while later Mr. Fields calls me to convince me to keep him on. We talk for about 45 minutes and I decide to continue to look elsewhere. It took about 45 days to get my retainer refunded and it was minus $285 for a consultation (aka Mr. Fields trying to convince me to maintain his services). I was not happy. Since I did not utilize him I will give him the benefit of the doubt and give a 3 star rating for topics I have no experience with. As far as value and business practices, 0.
