I am unable to determine his knowledge because I went to him for a Quit Claim Deed on a property that was awarded to me in a divorce but was not initially signed by my ex-spouse. For 6 mos Mr. H. did nothing but file extensions and never produced the document in question. Instead, he focused on how to obtain a portion of my retirement monies for my ex-spouse (something also agreed to in the divorce but never resolved). Since I paid 3K and received on aide on my filing, I would say I'd been had. On the one occasion we did have a hearing in court, Mr. H. was fully 1/2 hour late and unprepared for the matter at hand. He was disrespectful to my wife, and generally speaking a blow-hard who did nothing but take my money and run with it. Avoid this lawyer!
