Offered me a "deal" if I paid x amount of dollars in retainer he would complete my case for that amount, this after already taking several thousands of dollars. My case took longer than expected and his effort ceased when he calculated that the retainer was spent. He even fell for the oldest trick in the book. He failed to subpoena a witness because the opposing counsel informed him they planned to call the witness anyway. Stupid, stupid stupid. Sure I am not happy that I lost my case, but that is life, but his lack of effort nailed the lid on the coffin of a case that should have been a slam dunk. Really - look for a lawyer outside of Flagstaff, but don't use this shyster.
