I would avoid this lawyer at all cost. He made a bad situation much worse Communication was horrible arrogant attitude slow to respond drug things out created more issues. His only concern was running up the bill.

He was assigned as a gal on my divorce case and he's as bad as they come. Change to someone else. He wears his no matching suits and the only thing he says to the judge "I thing its a fair judgment". This guy on my case said maybe 20 words in 3 years and charge me over 5K again get someway else the only thing he does good is write (print) on his paper work (left hand) I am in the process to sue and getting others to get his but out of doing GAL and can't wait!!!!

Mark is the worst Lawyer you can ever hire, I was stuck with this Lawyer as Legal Guardian in my case, I requested a Legal Guardian to speak up for my children and Mark went against my children wishes, he supposed to meet up with my children 6 times before The Judge and met only ONCE, he had no idea what their desires were, he didn't know anything about my children, Mark is the worst lawyer you can have, DON'T hire Mark, he doesn't answer emails. He doesn't answer calls, he has no interest in defending you, he only cares to pocket your money.

Where to begin....first, if this goof ever gets placed as your GAL, request immediate change. Mark made a decision in my case, per the order he has 5 days to communicate the reasons why he makes a decision. As of today, 8-23-19, we are only a few weeks shy of hitting the one year anniversary of me asking him for the reasons. You guessed it, no response. Moving on, we had negotiated a zero percent interest rate on my payments to his fees. Payments must be made monthly. He has continued to charge interest. Bills show no payment recieved, when he is emailed with documented proof he endorsed a check, no response. This guy truly is a scum bag. Run run run as fast and as far as you can from this guy.

In my divorce I was stuck with him as "Real Estate Property Commissioner" responsible for selling my home. Mr. Kiesewetter ignored market data and a professional appraisal and ultimately was responsible for grossly overpricing the home causing it to languish and become stale in a hot market. There is no record of him holding a Real Estate license. He was unavailable at times ranging from days to weeks while the home was listed. At one point he did not even sign an offer properly causing confusion in the process. His involvement was financially detrimental to the co-owners of the property. After ten months of his mismanagement I was able to get him removed. I attempted to have him removed sooner, but when attempting to set a court date his auto email said, "I will be out of the country with limited access to email or telephone." This turned into at least an 18 day absence. During this unsavory experience he can best be described as arrogant, complacent, and lazy. CLIENT BEWARE!

Mark Kiesewetter does not have any of the children's interest at heart. As stated in above ratings he is biased, only wants his money, uses hearsay for his case, and has his mind made up too early. He is in the business of destroying families and protecting the highest bidder. He is working with a ring of corrupt judges and attorneys that can be bought. He does not realize just yet, but he has devastated my life with the poor decision he has made and has possibly changed my child's future for the worst by suggesting she live with her deadbeat father. He did not care that the father on the case would not support anything in favor of the child such as extracurricular activities, camps, educational, etc. He is all about the dollar. If you are a parent fighting for justice, get him off of your case immediately. He should not be a GAL on any case.

He was supposed to set up visits for me with my child but never did. he never called or emailed back and only cared about me paying him. Hes just plain lazy. if you get to choose ask for someone else!!

Horrible GAL, his mind was made up too early, very biased, actually defended the other party to my face. He definitely did not have my sons best interest in mind, seemed to be whoever paid the most the fastest.

This alleged "GAL" simply sits back to collect a paycheck. Actually, he FELL ASLEEP IN COURT during our trial & several members confirmed he 'nodded off' numerous other times. Complete joke, choose ANYONE but this guy! I would rate ZEROS if an option!

He is often very biased in his words or attitude. He mostly gathers ‘hearsay’ information to construct his report that the judge will use in his judgment of custody and visitation.

Does not follow-up with clients. Makes up his mind to early. Lazy, pre-occupied with personal issues. Been in practice too long. CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT LET HIM BE YOUR GUARDIAN.
