Barry met with me free of charge and advised me how to set up a 501(c)3. He really took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. He offered to do it for NO FEES as well when he learned what we do. He is a stand up kind of guy. He really cares about people. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an atty. He returns his phone calls and treats folks with respect. He spoke with me like a friend and assured me he would help in anyway he could with my situation.I was very impressed with him as I am sure you will be should you retain him.
