Susan Hendrick illegally foreclosed on my Condo in Hunters Run in 2008 illegally. She had no promissory note from my lender and since my case was a question of ownership, legally it had to heard in District Court. Out of protocol, Hendrick took me to County Court which has no authority to hear this kind of dispute. The Denver Post also did an expose on Hendrick and her unethical practices with illegal foreclosures. Hendrick, in my opinion should not b Ed allowed to practice law because of her illegal and unethical background.
