It took 5 months for this attorney to have my ex served paperwork from the initial date of retention. I met with him twice in person over the course of a year..once in the courtroom (I finally got a court date after waiting 6-7 months) and once at an attempt to settle. He did not return calls or emails in a timely fashion. In fact 6-12 weeks would go by before getting anything from him. I filed a bar complaint and he had the nerve to call me "difficult". He made promises, excuses, even went as far as telling me his wife was have a double mascectomy...oddly she is an attorney and upon checking, she was in court during the time he claims he was home taking care of her. He is a liar. I called his office and was told nobody would ever recommend him to take a case, AND that he had moved out of the office, no forwarding number or address. He overcharged me, charged me for visits that never happened, then agreed to discount them if i didn't file a bar complaint. An insult to the system!

This attorney took money for a divorce and in 8 months has done nothing. Won't return phone calls or emails.now to top it off go down to his office he is no longer there and no forwarding address.
