I used Floyd dailey for my divorce and I would absolutely recommend him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. He was recommended to me by a friend and I will use Dailey law center for any further legal issues. I confidently recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great divorce attorney. He is one of the best in the peoria area.

This lawyer represented me in my divorce with my husband, there was a restraining Order & inside this Order my husband was ordered to leave the residence, but contiune to pay 1/2 bills he did not and when I asked Dailey to file an contempt of court order he did NOTHING. Further more he had me to copy all the late bills etc and bring to his office yet just before divorce hearing he told me I would have to file my OWN seperate civil suit on those issues. Also my husband and I had reached a settelement agreement so we wouldn't have to go to Trial, but Daily purposely delyaed his response and did NOT answer or return my calls until day of trial so as to purposely BILL me the additional hours for him appearing in Court/trial on my behalf. There is so much more this Lawyer did or should I say did not do, but I WOULD NOT REFER HIM or recommend him in any LEGAL CAPCITY>
