The very minute I got hurt in the East Texas Oil Field, I knew I would have to have a good lawyer. Employers and Insurance companies will lie to you and try and get your co-workers to lie for them. I have seen it too many times and knew I was not immune from their ways. Chuck Cowan came highly recommended to me by others who had used an injury lawyer before. I was told that he would fight hard with the Insurance carriers and would not give up or lay down. Every bit of that is true!!! He has done a super job with my on the job injury case and I will recommend him to anybody that I know needing a lawyer or thinking they need a lawyer. He is very down to earth and takes time to listen to you and then explain the possibilities. I felt like I have known him my whole life.
